What is Kung fu?
Kung fu is one of the many names used for 'Chinese Martial Arts'. However the direct translation means 'Excel at what you do' or 'Quality through Effort'.
Another name often heard is Wushu (which means Art of War or Art of Fighting/Fist).
Either names refer to the type of Martial Art where Expression and external power seems (yes seems) more evident then in 'internal' styles like Tai Chi. However, like in Tai Chi, also in 'External' martial arts looks deceive.
